Conceive Plus comes in two forms:
pre-filled applicators (to be inserted intra-vaginally) and a
tube (to be used when more lube is required). While most lubes act as a barrier against sperm,
Conceive Plus helps with fertilization and gives sperm the nutrients they need as they wait for the egg. With calcium, magnesium, and a pH balance of 7.5,
Conceive Plus will allow sperm to survive and assist with motility and viability.
Conceive Plus has been FDA approved so you know you're getting a quality product.
You need to use
Conceive Plus up to 15 minutes before intercourse to allow for the lube to warm to your body temperature. As with other fertility-friendly lubes, you want to get it as close to your cervix as possible.
You can use
Conceive Plus any time you have sex, but should be sure to use it during your most fertile days, which you can find by charting, using
OPKs (
Wondfo is cheap and consistently gets good reviews),
Clear Blue Digital Ovulation Tests, or the
Clear Blue Fertility Monitor.
