Astroglide doesn't advertise their product as being fertility-friendly, however, it is water-based and that in itself makes it more fertility-friendly than silicone-based lubes.
It comes in a traditional lube bottle and does not come with applicators, like those lubes which specifically target people trying to conceive. I think it would be good for those who are NTNP (not trying, not preventing), but if you are more hardcore about it, I would use a lube that is marketed for those who are specifically trying to conceive.
Astroglide produces both water-based and silicone-based lube, so if you're trying to conceive make sure you get the water-based one (regular Astroglide) and not the silicone one (Astroglide X).
Egg White Cervical Mucus (EWCM) is very important when trying to conceive. It nourishes, protects, and helps sperm move into the Fallopian tubes so they can fertilize the egg. This blog contains information on how to increase the amount and quality of your EWCM which will enhance your ability to conceive using natural methods.
