Taking Vitamin A to Help with EWCM

If you don't have enough Vitamin A in your body this can lead to CM issues. This is one reason why some people recommend that you eat more carrots. Your body uses beta carotene and converts it to Vitamin A as needed. Other good sources of beta carotene are oatmeal, cantaloupes, sweet potatoes, kale, and spinach. It's best to get vitamins through your diet. You should not rely on supplements completely. Try to get enough Vitamin A through foods and supplement as needed.
