Acupressure
Acupressure is something that can be done at home or with a specialist. Acupuncturists, massage therapists, and traditional Chinese medicine doctors should be able to help with acupressure. Acupressure is pushing or rubbing on specific trigger points which have influence over certain parts of your body. Although acupressure isn't specifically for EWCM, it is said to help with fertility issues. There are a number of acupressure charts as well as videos that can help you pinpoint the exact spots you need. You can find specific points related to fertility in this article.
Reflexology is acupressure that is used on the hands and feet. You don't need any special items to practice acupressure, but some people use wooden tools to help facilitate reaching specific points. They are commonly used in Thai massages, so contacting someone who is familiar with traditional Thai massage might help you. Both have long been a part of traditional medicine in Asia. Here are some posts about it.

Acupuncture
Unlike acupressure, acupuncture cannot be done at home. It must be performed by an acupuncturist. Many traditional Chinese medicine doctors are familiar with acupuncture. Acupuncture involves putting thin needles in specific channels or meridians which influence certain parts of your body. Although acupuncture isn't specifically for EWCM, it is said to help with fertility issues. Acupuncture has long been a part of traditional medicine in Asia. Here are some posts about it.

Guided Imagery
There is a lot to be said for mind over matter. Thinking something will happen can help bring it about. Hypnosis, guided meditation, or guided imagery can be done by a professional or you can use self-hypnosis, self-meditation, positive thoughts, or visualisation in the comfort of your own home. Do not listen to any hypnosis tracks while driving or operating machinery.
There are some differences between the four. With hypnosis, certain words, phrases, or affirmations are used in order for the person to enter a trance. With meditation, you're focusing your mind to relax or make a positive change. With guided imagery a person's imagination is relied upon to plant images in the subconscious. With visualisation you visualise a positive change. With positive thoughts, you simply think positively. Here are some posts about the differences.

Massage
There are different types of massage that may help with EWCM. Massage can help with fertility in general, and EWCM is a part of that. Massage helps in many ways. It decreases stress, increases blood flow, maintains hormone balance, detoxes, strengthens reproductive organs, among others. Here are some different types of massages. With massage you want to be careful to only do it after menstruation and up to ovulation, not afterwards. You can find more information about each type of massage below.
- Acupressure
- Chi Nei Tsang
- Femoral massage (done with a partner, licensed massage therapist, or to yourself)
- Fertility massage done by a licensed massage therapist
- Myofacial release
- Reflexology
- Self-fertility massage
- Traditional Mayan massage
Please see this post for more information.
Chi Nei Tsang
Influenced by Toaist, Chi Nei Tsang or CNP is an abdominal massage like traditional Mayan massage. The basis behind it is that our reproductive organs become congested with things such as stress and pollution which in turn affects our fertility. It's based around our belly buttons and the thought that they should be perfectly symmetrical. Here's more information on what CNT does. Here are three videos about CNT and this video demonstrates how to do a Chi Nei Tsang self-massage.
Femoral massage (done with a partner, licensed massage therapist, or to yourself)
Femoral massage can be used as part of self-fertility massage or fertility massage. It involves compressing the femoral artery in order to increase blood flow. It can be challenging to find the femoral artery, but with practice it should get easier. This video and this one explain more about femoral massage, how someone can do femoral massage to you, and how you can do it to yourself.
Fertility massage done by a licensed massage therapist
Licensed massage therapists can use the same massage techniques that you can apply by yourself at home. However, there are a couple of advantages of going to a licensed massage therapist. First, you can relax during the session and you don't have to think about what techniques to use. Second, licensed massage therapists have more training and more experience and are experts in what they do.
Myofacial release
Fascia is connectivity tissue that runs throughout your body. If it tightens or becomes shorter, it can affect many things, including your fertility. This article explains more about how myofacial release can help you. You will have to go to a myofacial release specialist, such as a chiropractor, in order to get a myofacial release massage.
Reflexology
Please see this post for more information.
Traditional Mayan massage
Also known as Arvigo Maya Fertility Massage, Mayan Massage, Mayan Abdominal (Fertility) Massage, and Mayan Abdominal (Fertility) Therapy. This article explains a bit more about it and what is done. It's similar to the self-fertility massage since it involves massaging the abdomen but also involves other parts of the the body as well. It's said to help with energy flow, boost fertility, and realign your reproductive organs. This article explains more about Rosita Arvigo, the woman who brought Mayan massage into the modern world. Rosita wrote Rainforest Home Remedies, a book explaining how to heal your body and soul using Mayan methods.
Self-fertility massage
You can use natural oils (such as castor oil, coconut oil, or grape seed oil) to do the massage. Relaxing music may help as well. There are two videos that show this technique. This self-fertility massage is simple and only takes a few minutes a day. It involves massaging you abdomen. You can perform this massage a few times a day. This video shows a very simple technique you can use for self-fertility massage. This video is similar and explains the benefits. This article explains how to locate your reproductive organs and how to do self-fertility massage on your uterus and ovaries. This article explains how self-fertility massage helps and what techniques are used (such as Chi Nei Tsang, deep tissue massage, myofacial release, acupressure, and reflexology) as well as complimentary therapies.

Traditional Chinese Medicine
Traditional Chinese Medicine or TCM uses a holistic method in order to help people. Chinese medicine is very effective in helping women get more EWCM.
