Taking Omega 3 (aka Fish Oil) to Help with EWCM

Some women swear by taking fish oil (Omega 3, not cod liver oil) to help with EWCM. It can change tacky CM to EWCM. I've seen between 1,000-3,000 mg being recommended per day. You can always start with a lower dosage and work your way up.
